English Speaking Service Desk Technician, Italy, 6 Month Contract, Euros Good Market Rate Euros
One of our Major multinational clients currently have a great opportunity to join their ranks as a Service Desk Technician! This role based in Italy will be for an English speaker and the Successful Service Desk Technician will have good knowledge of SQL Scripting and have experience handling tickets within a CRM system. One of the most significant role performed by the Service Tesk Technician will be logging service calls and emails in the customer CRM system; analysing and participating in the resolution of incidents. The successful candidate for this role will have proficient knowledge of MS Outlook client 2010/2013 and ability to perform feature customization and advance customer support.
