We have opportunities for highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities within a supported living environment providing 24 hour support.

Support workers are responsible for ensuring that people receive the very best standards of care. Some of your key responsibilities may include assisting/supporting with personal/practical care tasks according to individual needs, which may include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, household tasks etc.
Working as part of a team, you will be required to also meet the Social and emotional needs of the individuals you support, using Person Centred Planning approaches to enable each person to enjoy a quality of life and develop skills and independence.
