Skills Provision are assisting a client in the recruitment of Safety Specialists to join their team. The company are located 110 kilometres of the Libyan Coast. Currently the client are seeking a Safety Equipment Inspector and a Safety Technician to join their team. If you are successful in securing this job, the contract of two years can be subject to a year extension.
For either positions available, fluent English speaking is required. In addition you must be ready for mobilisation for work towards the end of November 2015. For the position of Safety Equipment Inspector, a candidate must be a high school or secondary school graduate,equipped with experience in the offshore oil industry. Additionally a minimum of 5 years experience as a professional fire fighter. If applying for the position of Safety Technician, you must be a secondary or high school graduate and have valuable experience in the offshore oil industry. Alongside this formal safety training and qualifications, and consider yourself competent in the use of computers and programs.
2 year contract (subject to 1 year extension)
Upon application please also state your desired daily rate based on 6 x 12 hour shifts based on a 9 week on , three week off profile recognising you are only paid when you are working. Additional provisions supplied by the client flights, medical Insurance, rapid withdrawal insurance, death in Service benefits (being negotiated), free shared accommodation (4 to a room), free food, free WIFI and medical and visa costs covered by the client.
