Car Sales Advisor:

The Car Sales Advisor role is the livelihood of our business and we are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to work in our car sales teams. The role, unique to any other, offers a 4 day working week including weekends and all bank holidays. With an unrivalled car sales basic salary of £20,000 PA and uncapped commission in excess of £35,000 OTE, you have the potential to develop and grow within the business. Our unique and proven sales techniques will be taught during a 3 week car sales induction program, where you will gain all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.

About the role:

  • Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs
  • Register customers on our purpose built system to create a customer record form
  • Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle. Get them behind the wheel to carry out a test drive as it is an essential part of the decision making process
  • Finalise the purchase of the new vehicle, book a collection time and take a deposit ensuring the customer is completely happy with the purchase of their new vehicle
  • Present our 3 additional products by building value throughout the sales process. Products are; our tailor made Warranty (Protecting the customer for any unforeseen mechanical or electrical breakdown), GAP Insurance (protects the customer against any financial shortfall should the car be involved in a total loss) and GardX (a paintwork and interior protection for the vehicle)

Essential competencies:

  • Resilience, this is a fast-paced and target driven environment
  • Full and valid driving license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A confident individual who is able to communicate to our diverse customer base


  • Effective time management
  • Ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activity to secure new business
  • Strong attention to detail
