Position Purpose
  • Provides support for Maintenance teams with the ultimate goal of unburdening the Team members.
  • Provides reports to various team members and implements action items based on team members requests in the host system, EAMS or Ariba.

Primary Duties
  • Provide work order closeout reports weekly - perform all actual closeouts in EAMS
  • Take work order schedules from team members and implement in EAMS
  • Provide monthly Emergency Generator Compliance Report - receive data from teams
  • Update Spreadsheet, determine and resolve gaps before forwarding for approval.
  • Create Annual Backflow report for submission to the City of Groton
  • Enter all Maintenance Services MRO forms into EAMS.
  • Support the site MRO team by updated all Work orders when material is received, act as back to the MRO purchasing agent.
  • Act as point of contact for Maintenance Services and AECOM for Day badge program.
  • Handle all Elevator and trade licence renewals.
  • Act as GO representative for the annual permit monthly walk throughs including escorting the COG inspector, making sure technical reps are there to meet and payment of the costs.
  • Provide support to the TSE program - perform all work required in EAMS.
  • Provide work planning and scheduling for a multi-functional work team
  • Maintain computer skills necessary to access CMMS work order system, update equipment history and access material inventory management system.
  • Provide data for departmental reports.
  • Understand customer requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Provide data to track team performance metrics based on established standards.
  • Maintain professional and customer oriented relationships with team members, internal and external customers and service providers, and building occupants.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as requested.
