The Customer Support department consists of a team of highly skilled professionals that transfer their knowledge into customer solutions around the globe. The customer is at the core of what our client does. The successful candidate will be experienced, highly motivated and proactive.
- Coordinating and processing of orders from various clients in various countries.
- Data processing of customer details and requirements in SAP.
- Preparation and dispatching of invoices.
- Ensure that all export documents adhere to order and invoices.
- Preparation of credit notes
- Managing the bonus and booking process.
- Handle internal and external complaints / query process.
- Deal with questions regarding financial, commercial, logistics and quality.
- Liaison with the Sales Manager regarding offers, orders, contracts etc.
- Hbo or Mbo education
- Good attention to detail and accurate
- Computer literate
- Minimum of 2- 3 years experience preferably in a similar function
- Good communication skills in German and preferably Dutch
